I worship and adore my partner, and she in turn worships and adores cats. This makes me feel REAL inferior to the feline Kings and Queens! I know my place.

Because the rituals involved were too demanding for my tastes, the coughing up of hair balls on the sofa, the piddling on the floor, and the leaving of mutilated dead rodents and ritually dismembered birds on the front porch (though this last bit did help me avoid the attention of our local pack of jehovah's witnesses for a couple of months).
