Girls masterbate almost as much as guys do, its just not a common conversation like it is with guys.

Everyone masturbates although each person does it to the beat of a different drummer. Thus one guy might enjoy it once a month while others three or more times a day. And there are as many different techniques as there are varieties of soup. I won't comment too much on the female side though since I am a guy and not an expert on female frequencies. However, suffice it to say you can safely assume that girls do it too and each has her own techniques and frequency.
Secondly, masturbation is not only normal, it is healthy too. A person normally starts actual masturbation (as opposed to just playing with their toys) at some point during puberty. That could be as early as 10 or 11 or as late as 15 to 17.
So, to address your own concenrs, you are fine masturbating 2 or 3 times a day as long a syou maintain a happy healthy life with lots of social activity, physical activity and you keep up with school/ work and family responsibilities.

I use to do it a lot almost like 4 times a day. But I slowed it down to like once a week.

I'd say guys do it more than girls... 2-3x day is normal for someone your age. Very healthy...
