Didn't you already ask this question? Are you just trying to bash the Mormons? I have a hard time believing you...

Sir, I think you need to take into account that the missionaries you probably met were very young, say 19 or 20. I see you have posted this question in different wording before. When I was a missionary I heard stories of miracles happening in other churches all the time. I believe in miracles happening among true believers, as signs follow them that believe. I have also heard of the Japanese form of healing called reiki, which does not necessarily require belief in Jesus Christ. There is more to miracles than meet the eye, but I will tell you that those who have the true Priesthood of God will also be able to perform miracles, which are dependent upon the faith of those who are the recipients. I am wondering if you remembered the conversation with the missionaries correctly, as priests in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have the Aaronic Priesthood, not the Melchizedek Priesthood. They are 16 years old and would not be the ones people would ask for a blessing. We would go to those who have the Melchizedek Priesthood first, or the same Priesthood that Jesus Christ and His Apostles had. Missionaries are not supposed to accept money - they should have directed you to make a donation at the ward. Food is another matter - sometimes we were blessed by the generosity of others - not the least of which was a gift of a large avocado. Have a good day.

Something is not right about your story. There is no church on earth that has more miracles than the LDS church. Miracles happen to every rank and file of LDS people.

it seems that the mormons have a superiourity complex there but not only do priests of the church not use miracles they say only god does miracles so the mormons have it in there heads that only god or a man of god can create such things but i am sure if you told any other religion sect of christianity that they would all call you crazy its the way they are

Mormons are very proud of their "miracle" making abilities, they believe if you have the priesthood the spirit will tell you things.

So,, I am thinking you had some pretty wild miracle stories to scare them off like that.

Step away from that church - from what you have just told me they seem to have at least one, if not several, screws loose.

Dude, God DOES perform miracles, and does not need the assistance of church staff in order to do this.

Best wishes.

They didn't understand their own doctrine. We very much believe in a God of miracles, and that miracles can happen to people outside of our faith.
