IT IS HANG TILL DEATH

2006-11-02 14:21:19 · answer #1 · answered by RAMAN IOBIAN 7 · 1 0

I advocate life imprisonment without parole. That means the culprit never comes out even if he has good behavior. I do not advocate the Death penalty because no human being has the right to take away life. It is infringing on Gods domain. A murderer does not know what he does so the people in Judgment of him must be careful. This person will get very severe punishment from the Lord he has fore fitted his rights to be a human being. He will not take rebirth as a human. So justice will be done but we may not have the benefit or the pleasure of seeing that justice was done I think you refer to the Mattoo case??

Not death penalty.
Because:
1.Death brings them an ultimate relief from the punishment.
2.A human being isn't the authority of anther's life and can not take the life of another person, whatsoever the reason may be.
3.Life once taken can't be returned.
Then the punishment to be awarded to such people are:
1.Life imprisonment- imprisonment till death.
2.Rigorous imprisonment- should make them work at least to maintain the expenditure in cured by the government due to their indictment and punishment
3.Total separation- should not be allowed to contact anyone except the jail staff
4.Confiscation of the culprit's property

I am in principal againist the death sentence because it is irreversible (no scope to correct) and does not give any chance to improve the behavior. We in India do have the provision of death sentence but it is rarely applied and therfore it does not act as a deterrant for committing crime. My idea is so long we have the provision of death sentence, it must be handed over to the perpetuators of rape and death of a woman. Otherwise this sentence should be repelled and convict should get a life time prison term with no parole.

Rape and murder would be a good punishment.
For some reason people have decided its "cruel & unusual."

I figure this question is from an death penalty opponent. Why else would it be under the "religion" category? I'd be interested in knowing what your reasons and rationalizations are for keeping someone like this alive. What about "an eye for an eye"?

I do not believe in the death penalty, as a person may come to remorse, and true repentance. However, I have long thought that sexual crimes should be addressed by neutering. And preplanned murder of any kind, forfeits your freedom to live in the general population for the remainder of your life. So, life in prison would be next.

All animals when neutered, are less aggressive.

Tie the person to a chair or something in a room with the victim or the family of the victim, and allow them to deal with the person in their own way short of killing the person.

And let this continue until they are finished, days, weeks, months or what ever.

Oh yeah, don't forget to caste-rate the person.

I, myself, do not believe in the death penalty. That is too easy for the criminal. I would like to see them spend the rest of their lives in prison and think about what they did every single day of their lives. Because I'm sure the victims and victims' families think about it all the time.

For rape, simply castrate the bastard.
For preplanned murder, the death penalty.

Death. Plain and simple. The person has already terrorized a victim, assaulted them in the most personal sense, and then killed them? Put them in the chair and throw the switch!
