Maybe they are trying to get you into bed but that could not always be the case. They may mean what they said but they are shy. I once had this lad who said he liked me and gave me all these compliments like I was beautiful and sweet then he said he would call me but he didn't. So I called him instead and he was really glad I made the first move becuase it turned out he was really shy and didn't have a clue what to say on the phone. Two and a half years on, we are still together.
From experience, if someone was trying to get you into bed, they would probably bombard you with calls and compliments until they got what they wanted from you.

I don't think so. Lots of people wait to call after meeting. It's part of who they are... I personally think it makes dating fun. If he were trying to just get you into bed that night, he wouldn't have phoned at all! Take it as a compliment that he said you are hot!

No and yes...because A) they might just not have had any time to call you at the moment...or B) they want you to call them first.
Other wise if neither of these options are correct...then they probably are just trying to get you into bed.

depends how long u have known if you met them for the first time the time then yes try calling them see what they say
