Well, a person feels hungry because of a few reasons:
- Your body needs energy and so it sends a signal to your brain to EAT SOME MORE...
-Your body needs a certain nutrient and you have not consumed it in your diet and so your body sends a signal to your brain to EAT SOME MORE...
- Sometimes you are stress or feel uneasy and you eat to vent it because of the positive feelings you have associated with eating
So in order to reduce your appetite, I would suggest that you take this supplement I am taking now. It is called VPlus and it contains all the nutrients that your body needs and contains an energy-giving enzyme called indinine.
When you take VPlus, you will tend to not overeat as you have enough nutrients and energy and dun feel hungry. With little discipline by cutting down your food intake, your stomach will shrink back to its original smaller size and it will take lesser food to feel full.
I personally find that it helps to keep my appetite in check.
However, if it is stress induced, I would think it would be best that you manage your stress by finding something to do.. eg, swim, exercise, shop to relief stress :)
Good luck!
PS: If you want to find out more about VPlus, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com

drink lots of water or any liquid esp before meals. Soya milk works! Just don't add sugar...bad for health and diet. Sometimes exercising before meals help too, depends on wht exercise. For me, I feel full after long hikes and swimming, but playing badminton make me ravenous...And eat more fruits and vegetable! The fibre will fill you up. More protein based food like meat instead of carbs help, too.:)
