OK, I am going to assume that when you say Jesus, you could be talking about Yeshuah, the name of the actual historical person that Jesus is based on. Now I do not fully know if there ever was a real living man that Hercules was based on but we'll assume so. In that case, Hercules. He was actually known for having been strong and standing up to a fight.

Jesus is not fictional, however he has been portrayed in such a way by christians that he appears to be one.
You must have heard the famous saying of Jesus as described under:
Luke, Chapter 6 verse 29 goes as:
If someone slaps on your cheek, turn your other cheek towards him (so that he may slap it also).
Taking this into account, Hercules will be the winner in no time.

They would both win, because Jesus would forgive and tell the truth and hercules would be smart enough to know it. Jesus is the creator, Hercules is the creation. Both of them would agree on this and Hercules would bow to Jesus and serve him not only because He is the son of God, but because He is righteous.
As far as what you call "fictional," well you are by no means important or authoritative on these matters, and your opinion is about as valuable the weather man's....if you are ever right it was sheer luck...mostly just wrong.
I believe that Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life, because when I consider what he taught and what would be the outcome if we actually followed it, it is preferable to me by far than what you teach and the outcome of it.

Hercules is a strong warrior, Jesus is a weak pacifist. Clear-cut.
Jesus' whole turn the other cheek tactic would probably prove relatively ineffectual against Hercules' beat the other person to a pulp tactic.

To start with the Lord Jesus Christ is not a fictional man-god. He is God manifested in the flesh. He had to become a man so He could die for your sins. He is the one that created all things. When you stand before Him at the White Throne Judgment to be judged and then cast into the lake of fire, you can ask Him if He knew Hercules? Revelation 20: 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. Revelation 20: 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Revelation 20: 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Hercules...
Jesus was a pacifist... Hercules killed stuff, including his own wife eventually, as I recall....
... Besides... Hercules was a demi-god, while Jesus was just an ordinary human being. ^_^
Hercules would crush Jesus first and ask questions later.

It depends on your definition of 'win'.
Hercules may kill Jesus, but he'll keep rising from the dead.

Jesus is not fictional.
But to answer your question, Jesus would make Hercules cry and repent without having to actually fight.
Who do you think would win a fight between Buffy Summers and River Tam?
Or Luke Skywalker vs my Mother?

Heracles (Yes, I purposely use the Greek spelling) would kick Jesus's ***. Jesus would probably chicken out and go running to the middle of the Atlantic ocean so Heracles couldn't follow him.
