This is probably one of those situations where honesty isn't the best policy. Unless you want to hurt her feelings.
If you don't, just tell her you just don't feel that things are working out and you don't want to lead her on.

what do u mean by tool?...if ur saying that ur being used when ur with her...i would just tell her how u feel, dont try getting around it! i stopped being friends with my ex b/c he was still using me, just like he was when we were dating and of course i miss him, but i dont want to be that "low"! hope everything works out for you!
