When ever I eat a very spice meal I get blotted, or whenever I eat after the time I get blotted as well. I aslo have been gaining a lot of waight. can you please help me with this. I fill very desseperated and sommetime fill Like through-out and you guide me.

I've found flaxseed and aloe juice very helpful for this problem. Also try hot chamomile tea before meals.

Take PSYLLIUM. (pronounced silly-um)
(on any Walmart vitamin shelf)
It is in capsule form or you can buy it in
a powder and mix it yourself with juice, etc.
It will speed things up. I hear it also will lower your cholesterol.
It is natural.
Drink lots of water with it.
