i am in love this close fren of mine. my first questions is..... is it bad to love ur close fren?
secondly i want to spent some time with her. and i want to ask her out for lunch. therefore how can i possibly ask her out in the most decent manner?

Well, a way to ask out a friend is that while you guys are chatting, just say, "Why don't we date?" and if she laughs and says no, just pretend you were joking so as not to make things awkward. Its not bad to fall in love with a friend. But it does make things awkward if you just let her know out of the blue that you are in love with her. So try that so as not to make things awkward. If she thinks its a good idea, arrange a date.

it not bad to love your fren but make shur they dont fell the oppisite way.go up to that person after school when she is with her friend and tell her you want to tell her somethin then ask her out first make shur she doesnt have a borfriend
