Weight loss pills are never a good idea, as they affect your metabolism big time and only make you lose weight as long as you take them. going shopping by foot and taking the stairs instead of the elevator might do the same job, just better.

Actually the safest way to lose that amount of weight from the legs would be to add some vigorous walking or bicycling into your day. With thirty minutes of either done right after dinner you would notice a change pretty quickly. Weightloss pill will cause you to lose water from all over your body. You need to work on muscle tone for the specific area you want to improve.

If you are like me pills aren't going to work. Find a gym and do 5 min on the bike and 20 min on a elliptical machine , do the cross training one at least 3 times a week. Drink water during and do this in the morning. The metabolism speeds up in the morning and keeps going during the day. Believe me it worked for me.

No...don't take diet pills.
Diet and exercise are the best remedies.
Eat a healthy, well balanced diet. Swimming or walking would both be good to tone up your legs.
