Before my Kitten Used To let me pick him up but
Now He's Not lettin me and bites me
and when i stroke him he looks at my hand and trys to bite my finger

He thinks you are playing. Probably someone got a little carried away playing with him and now he see's fingers and thinks they are toys. I would recomend just using toys and play with him with those for a while, then ease in and pet him just a little at a time...he'll figure out eventually not to chase your hand.

I agree that it sounds like he is in pain. Have a vet check him out.
If there is nothing wrong, you need to desensitize him. Reach toward him as if you are going to pet him (don't touch him though), then give him a treat from your other hand. Do this a bunch of times, until he doesn't look like he wants to bite you. At this point, move your hand a bit closer before you give a treat. When he is okay with this, lightly touch him, then give a treat. Gradually handle him more until you are able to pet him and pick him up like normal.
Finally, how old is he? If he is about five months, this could be due to his maturing and being a fickle teenager. Get him neutered if he isn't already. Taking hormones out of the equation usually helps.

He sounds like he is hurt and if he wasn't like this before and is all of a sudden usall y it is because they r hurt or somebody has hurt it and now it's scared.If you notice that when you pet your cat that it bites when you reach a certain spot on its' back then you got your answer and the cat is hurt on it's back.I hope this answer helped.
