How to cook the stuffed pork chops purchased already stuffed from the meat counter?

Grill or broil slowly until cooked or bake at 325 for about 30-60 minues or until the meat is cooked when cut into.

If not stufed, braising (brwn in a pan then simmer in fluid until done). STuffing makes it harder to do this without ruining the stuffing.

I bake my stuffed chops in about 1/2 stick of butter at 350 for about 20 minutes on each side, depending on their size. They will get a nice color and have a great butter flavor. I would also consider deglazing the pan with white wine and butter after you remove the chops. to do that, loosen the stuff on the bottom left in the pan after the chops are removed, add your wine and cook until it starts to reduce. Add more butter and it will thicken, remove it from heat and pour over chops....mmmmmm

I make my own stuffed pork chops and when I fix them, I pour a jar of Heinz gravy over them and bake them for about an hour or so depending on how thick they are.

I'd season w/ S&P, maybe a bit of thyme. Then sear on both sides w/ some oilive oil in a skillet, then put them in a 375ºF oven (in an oven-safe skillet) to finish cooking. You want the internal temp to be 160ºF.

I think in this day and age you cane really pull out the pork chops at 155 degrees ,and let then come to 160 and rest for 10 MIN, They will be SAFE to eat, and VERY moist and delicious!!!

I think the best way is to sear them in a hot oven safe pan on the stove top and get them good and golden brown then transfer to the oven until they are 165F.

It should tell you on the pkg. itself...Mine always do...But most generally it's an oven of 350 degrees, at so many pounds per minute, depending on the meat mixture bought...Pork chops are usually 20 minutes per pound...
