Yep...all traffic lights are in the same order, so a color blind person knows which is red, etc.

It should not interfer with getting your licence. Most times it is symbols which are to reffer for multi-purpose. Most people know that a stop sign is an octagon and RED. It is knowing the meaning of these signs and symbols that count.

It should be possible. Traffic lights in the US have been designed with modified signal colors (e.g. the green light contains some blue, for the benefit of those with color blindness). Each state will have its own policies, in regard to license endorsements, driving restrictions, and examination requirements.

Cant drive a train though.
Completely blind more of a problem but a good lawyer like Cherry Blare should be able to get you one.

My mates colour blind and he drives...
He drives a Bright yellow car tho... can tell he is abit colour blind...

Yes, this is why the red light is always on the top and green on the bottom. So the color blind can tell the difference
