Pins and needles and weakness in any one area of the body is not natural. You really need to seek medical help and as quickly as possible. You have 24 hours per day/night, the same as everyone else, in other words you do have time so no more silly excuses. Indeed you should always make time to attend to your health needs so get to the doctors pronto..

I believe you have carpal tunnel.
If you do repetitive motion at work, stop if you can. They sell wrist braces for it.
You should be doing wrist exercises before work, and like every 1-2 hrs during the day.

This does sound like carpal tunnel syndrome. Do you do repetitive work?
It could also be a trapped nerve in your shoulder or elbow, but whatever is causing it you need to rest your left arm and see a doctor!

HELLO! You could also be experiencing a transient ischemic attack...prelude to a stroke! Call your doctor NOW...I was 31 when I had my first TIA and I had three of them, but thought it was carpal tunnel and ignored my symptoms because,of course I was too young for that! I had a stroke 3 weeks later.
