I think that people just believe what they were raised to believe. Most Christians were raised Christian; thus they believe what their parents taught them just because that's the way it is. And on the other side, children who were raised atheists probably just blindly believe that there is no God because that's what mommy and daddy told them.
And then there are the people who have matured enough to come to their own conclusions, regardless of how they were raised. I think that these people have more knowledge about what they believe than those who just "blindly believe".

Because there is no such thing as full knowledge.... not least when knowledge itself is a fallacy.
We only have assumptions.... and consistancy.
Some people do the smart thing and base their assumptions on consistancy. Then there are the religious retards whose assumptions are uncorrellated with consistancy and are effectively baseless....
Simply put... if it is inconsistant then it is more likely to be wrong than that which is consistant.... and thats the best we can do:
Beliefs holding that there is a god controlling and having created us are less consistant with reality than those beliefs which decree that there is no such thing..... hence the beliefs requiring a god are less correct / true than those without.

Do you have any idea what you're asking? The average atheist is vastly more knowledgeable about theology than your average Christian, which becomes apparent by simply hanging around in this religion section for a few minutes. Further -- temporarily granting the huge, fallacious assumption that there is a God -- even the most ardent believer can't have "full knowledge" of him.

God doesn't exist, that's full knowledge, how I came to this conclusion is the more interesting question.

I think a "full" knowledge of God would be pretty hard to obtain in this life even if you prayed and studied every waking minute. I mean, that's a whole lot to learn!

I don't need a 'full' knowledge of the religious folklore and traditions. I hate religions (but not religious people) and I don't need to go into details.

Because life's too short to waste gaining "full knowledge" of something that doesn't exist.

"FORGIVE THEM FATHER, FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO" why do people always say when jesus saves you....what about God the father...to believe that there is a special place for one group because they 're special is crazy....everyone has to face God and not one person on earth knows what that will be like. God is in all of us.....why do people forget the saying love your neighbor. it is like the ten commandments mean nothing anymore....

You mean knowing the bible completely? who could memorize the whole book? It would take years and years to completely memorize it (and i don't mean 10 years or so, I mean about 60 or 70).
