my family makes me happy. Seeing the smile on my childerns faces, feeling their arms wraped around me for hugs.

Nothing.
Absolutely nothing... ideally.
Happiness is a softening of the psyche... an attempt to withdraw from reality... Its a weakness and I seek to purge it from my system.
Some things still make me happy on occasion, but thankfully I'm self-programmed to ensure that I acknowledge this as an uncomfortable situation and promptly stop being happy again.
Nobody in their right mind would seriously want to be happy... which is why I often suspect that the happiest people are the most deluded, and need to be corrected.

Why do you need those apostrophes? What purpose do they serve?
Good grammar and syntax make me happy. Good cuisine. Sunshine. People with a sound education, people who do not seem stupid, ignorant, or just looking foolish while trying to be cute.

the peace of knowing I have done my best and have followed God and been righteous to the very best of my abilities. If I feel I have failed this in any way, then I'm not happy.
