Please...First, just CHILL OUT!!...don't believe all this 'fire-and-brimstone' Bible-Thumping stuff!!...It's mostly CRAP, used to scare ignorant people into giving up their money!! It has NOTHING to do with God, Jesus or Salvation.
#1.) There IS a God!!...If you have seen the miracle of a sunrise, or the blossoming of flowers in the spring, then you have seen his handiwork...Just OBSERVE ...and KNOW that The Creator LOVES you...The poets have said: ' Be still...and know God '
#2.) By most Christian doctrines ( If THAT is the faith you choose to follow ), SALVATION is given freely to those that trust in Jesus, and ask forgiveness... ( Nobody is perfect...ALL have sinned )
#3.) If you find that 'Christianity' still leaves you cold, then even MORE reason not to worry!!...The concept of HELL and HEAVEN are 'constructs' of the Judeo/Christian/Islamic faith systems. If you don't believe in ANY of those faiths, then there is NO REASON to believe that HELL even exists..( BTW, the Jehovah's Witnesses are Christian, but DO NOT believe in Hell )

I am just 16 and I experienced something like what you are going through. I was raised in an evangelical fundamentalist christian home and started realizing the absurdity of the religion. I don't believe that you will burn in hell, life isn't that cruel. I think that finding god is the true purpose of life, so don't worry that you haven't acheived this at such a young age. I know that some religions that have really helped me are daoism and discordianism. Just enjoy life and look for God in your journey.

who said there IS a heven or hell ? Who says there is a God ? You need to seek in your heart of hearts and find the answer that best fits you. I know this is tough but it is tough for all of us.
personally speaking I believe in God...I am an engineer and the way I look at it is simple....All of this (the universe) can not be from nothing...something or one started it/ created it. That being said there is no reason to think that heven or hell exist....man made concepts when mankind was more primitive and less into science.
Keep searching and you will find what you need to.

The concern for you right now should not be to focus on the punishment that you perceive. This is where too many "religious" christians want to frighten you into christianity. Your first thing to do is to focus on your relationship with God/Christ.
I am very willing to show you the light and do my absolute best to answer your questions according to scripture. Feel free to contact me with your concerns.
Here are some basic verses to get you pointed in the right direction:
1. Everybody sins and makes mistakes, you, me, the pope, and every priest and pastor on earth
(Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God,)
2. The penalty for this sin is Death, but thankfully, God sent His only Son to pay this penalty for us
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
3. You don’t even need to eliminate your sin and mess from your life before you come to Him. Just come as you are, with all your mess, sins and mistakes.
Romans 5:8 But God commends His love toward us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.
4. All you have to do is confess with your mouth and truly believe that Christ died for you, your sins, and your salvation, and God raised him again, and you can be assured of your eternal salvation.
Romans 10:9 Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.
5. There is no other way into heaven; not by good works, not by going to church every Sunday, not by following every letter of the law. The only way is through acceptance in/of Jesus Christ
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father but by Me.
Matt 10:32,33
32 Then everyone who shall confess Me before men, I will confess him before My Father who is in Heaven.
33 But whoever shall deny Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father in Heaven.
If you will follow these simple steps, the true statement is "Heaven, here I come."

Look at any of God creation and you will find God.
Look at the sky and How God has created this. May your eye open not to the majesty of creation but to the majesty of the Creator? As the painter is given his due praise, in connection to his beautiful painting.
You dont have to look far, look at yourself your body, your nerve system; look at how it is made; its like a circuit board. Who has created this? Who has modelled this?
Who has created the animals through which mankind benefits tremendously?
Who has created the system of day and night?
Who has created the sun, the moon and stars?
I can go on...

Please read my words carefully:
If you see footmark in the sand, you'll say that someone passed from here...
If you see a piece of dog sh*t on the ground, you'll say that a dog passed from here...
So what about the enormous universe, the sky, stars, planets, earth and all the beauty in it, doesn't it lead to that someone made it?!!!
Some people say that everything is created by itself after the big-bang... I won't ask you about what caused the big-bang, but I'll ask you a simple question:
If you take all the letters of the alphabet, multiples of them, and you threw them randomly on the floor. Do you expect (by a chance of one in infinity) to get a poem like shakespear's??!!
Can't you see how organized our universe is, the planets, the eco-system on earth, look even in your own body... Can you control your heart-beat? Can you control your breath while you're sleeping? Who stopped your eye-lashes from growing after reaching a certain length? Who told the baby turtles to move towards the sea and not to the earth after they come out of their eggs? Who taught the bird how to make nests?
My friend, think with your heart and brain. If you're still lost, think about the following:
Do you know how to play safe?
Your point:
If there's no God and you do all what you want in life, then nothing will happen to you after life. But if there was God and you were mistaken, then you'll blame yourself FOREVER...
Believer's point:
If there's God and I followed His commands in life, then I'll be in Heaven after life FOREVER. But if there was no God and we're mistaken, then nothing bad will happen to us after life...
Now you know how to play-safe, in case you're not convinced?

Been there. Trust that even though you don't feel you have a relationship with God, that God is trying to establish one with you. Hang in there. Sometimes it feels like you've been buried in a cave-in. Listen carefully. Someone's digging from the other side. :-)

Have you considered the claims of Christ? The ability to believe in faith is the ability to cast aside doubts laid on by upbringing. When one comes to the scriptures honestly (God knows your heart) and seeks, (ask, seek and knock) then God will be faithful. I don't know if you are posting this honestly are in a joking manner. I pray that if you are seeking God honestly that He will answer you. He did for me.

Make things simple, give a chance for your Intelligence and Forget about the religions at the time being and ....
ASK your self, who created your self, the universe , the stars, the planets,.....etc. then go back and try to judge it with your intelligence not with EMOTIONS, the religion which guide you to ALLAH/ GOD.
Try to search religions and do not stop at one.Tell you find your track.

Start with prayer. If you are praying, keep it up. God is there. He seeks to share his heart with yours. Ask Him to reveal Himself to you. Pray for something specific and write it in a prayer journal. Don't stop praying until you see a change.
I suggest you pick up a copy of The Purpose Driven Life. Read it with an open mind. Then find a good local church to attend. Don't feel you have to stay with the first one you find. Attend several different ones until you find one that you feel speaks to you. Seek out the pastor and ask for a time to speak with him. If you cannot talk to him directly, I would find another church.
I hope this helps. Don't give up your search. And remember, God is working in your best interest. Jeremiah 29:11 says this:
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."
God Bless!
