the two Ben and Farrer are appropriate in what they are asserting .............. there is just one God, whose become attentive to is Jehovah and Jesus is the son of Jehovah there is no such ingredient as a "Triune" ......... I evaluate that is something that has been made up via making use of a few catholic pope in the past, even nevertheless i don't be attentive to why they're going to might desire to stand up with this form of rubbish by way of fact the the words of Jesus in the Bible certainly states "Father you're better than I" so usual experience dictates that there is just one precise god and that isn't the father, the Son and the Holy Ghost all rolled up into one

The true God is Jesus Christ and it is through him that we may attain everlasting life. However Christ is the earthly embodiment of God, they are one in the same...Father, Son, Holy Ghost. God came to earth and sacrificed himself in the form of Jesus, to forgive us our sins. Before in the old testament, it was required to sacrifice something for every sin, or risk eternal damnation. Acceptance of Jesus' sacrifice and recognizing him as the Son of God is all that is now required to be forgiven by God. Therefore Jesus is the true God, because it is through him we have gained God's acceptance.

Look at the verse carefully. The true God can't be Jesus Christ because it says that Jesus Christ is the SON of the one "who is true." So the one "who is true" is Jesus' Father, Jehovah. This harmonizes with Jesus' own words at John 17:3, where he said to his Father in prayer: "This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the ONLY true God, and of the one you sent for, Jesus Christ. Did you see that? Jesus called his Father the ONLY true God. So, the "true God" at 1 John 5:20 is Jehovah, the Father of Jesus Christ.

Are you kinda asking if Jesus is the Father? I'd say this about that. He refers to himself even after he has risen as the Son. (Rev 3:21) but then he calls himself the Almighty, too. (Rev 1:8) So I don't know. I know there's other scriptures in the bible that you could quote about this while he was on earth but then you could say he only called himself the son of God while he was here on earth. That's why I look to the scriptures after he rose. I don't know if he is the God yawehe (excuse the spelling) but I know we should honor him as such.

Yes. God is.
For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.

I like derek b's answer. But God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit are all ONE in the same. It's a God concept. Us humans have a hard time trying to figure it out. So just accept it. The 3 are sometimes referred to as "The Trinity."

We as Christians are members of the body of Jesus Christ. And the Father in Him and Him in the Father. So with that in mind I would also like to add that we can be grafted out and grafted back in.Take Care and May God Bless You.P.S. The Holy Trinity are three and the three are one.THE SON (Of God) of man.

Well God, Jehova created Jesus, the son of god but Jesus is also a god himself, he was 100% human and 100% god at the same time. In christianity we pray to god..but it is usually as jesus christ, I think in judaism it is jehova, the original god that created the world.
