110% (just kidding). It depends on what you mean by importance - work/family/friends responsibilities all figure into that percentage.
If you're asking if that's all you had to do all day, then yes it would be 100% (which would be possible only if you're single, no friends, and that was your job). Realisitically it would probably fall at about 25% for most people.

I think in my life the sex portion of it is to only show the intimacy that you and someone else has so for me it would probably be about a 40% for me not really important but if you don't have good sex then that really loses your loved ones interest well in my opinion anyway
