If he is throwing up continuously and is dizzy and all then he is probably dehydrated so please don't be on here take care of getting him to the nearest hospital now.

I don't know why he's throwing up continously, but if he's dizzy, he could be dehydrated. If he's stubborn and doesn't want to go, there is nothing you can do. If he's got chest pain and is short of breath, call 911 and let the paramedics talk him into going. Your dad will thank you later.

Take him to the er NOW. He's probably dizzy do to dehydration, get medical attention! I was recently hospitalized for almost a week with same basic symptoms I has a blockage that stopped everthing I drank (I couldn't eat) from digesting and sent it straight back up. Severe dehydration can cause organ failure, heart attacks, strokes, and death. Please take him for help!!!

if he has a doctor, try calling the doctor to see if they will call him in something to your pharmacy for the vomiting...but be sure to tell them suppository form since he is vomiting. The dizziness can be caused by the dehydration from all the vomiting

Why are you asking on line? Tell him to go to a doctor. Could be lots of things. Including food poisoning or worse.

He needs a doctor. If he hasn't eaten much recently it may be just a viral infection but he needs to be seen by a doctor to be properly diagnosed.
