Paragraph in french on a smoking ban?

I am preparing a leaflet in English, German and French for no-smoking week next year. I have done paragraphs in English and German on the advantages and drawbacks of a smoking ban. However i am hopeless at French so if someone could do a paragraph of about 7 sentences for this leaflet you would have your name published on it! the title is la loi anti tabac. A smoking ban would have both positive and negative consequences. Advantages of a ban in restaurants and bars include that the number of passive smokers would be reduced and a better atmosphere would be created for every one else. However some think that a ban of this sort would be a bit extreme because people go out to smoke and revenue would be lost if these people went out less. Also because of the heavy taxing any reduction in the number of cigarettes bought would mean less money for the government. However the government would pay less money for treatment for smokers who inevitably become ill. Something to think about anyway.
