he probably does but he sound like he ment it in a friendship way you might have to talk to him and find out the real meaning if he is the shy type try talking to him alone or online then you get a defent answer hope this helps

But it sounds like you didn't put out so he moved on....more than likely he was only trying to get in you pants and when he failed or you weren't easy enough, he found another girl that would.
