India has over 5000 years of experience in Art (all forms), it's just people don't take time to listen, art is not buying & listening to what the radio or the TV or the Hit list tells you to
Art in Europe only goes back a few hundred years

i don't think so, i think that art doesn't have country, so doesn't matter where is from just need to be good

I would agree that some of the best artists are from India.
Yet art is a subjective thing. In other words, tis a matter of opinion. So, if you are biased toward India, you might favour Indian artists.

To use a word like 'best' when talk about art is just ridiculous and competitive. There are so many factors of opinion, taste, context, etc. in art that such a value judgement means absolutely nothing. Competitions are for sports.

WHo told so is it because of the history paintings and stuff called miniature painting?.I think yes-50% like raja ravi varma ,M.F.Hussain.but there are inspiring artists other than him outside india

most of the best artists came out of the dark ages or the renaissance area,so i would say that the best artist are from European countries, as they say it,s all in eyes of the beholder
