Hmmm Man you are sick. You are in Love. But don't worry dear. Some tips from me.
1. Try to make eye contact with her (With a serious love looks). If she smiles and takes off her eyes from you then the right time has not come - she is just teasing you. But if she gets nervous and shy, you got her. Bet you its the right time to say the golden words right there.
2. YES one more thing if she smiles and takes her eyes off you - then just flirt with her but don't go much ahead. Play with it.
3. DANGER - If she doesn't take her eyes off you that means its trouble she is playing with you. She thinks you a puppy. Wait till the right movmenet.

You might freak her out and push her away if you go talking marriage this soon, start with dating first, ask her out after the third date ask her how she feels about marriage! Go from there but tell her how you feel and that you'd like to have a serious relationship with her and ask her how she feels about that! She may feel the same way but you won't know till' you ask her... Dump the buddies if they are not good friends they don't need to be teasing you and carrieing on the way they have been! Do not let them influence you in any way!!!!

Ok.It's well and good.propose her.But u said class.What's your age ? R u setteled in life? Can you manage your life alone with her? think about all these things and then propose.If you have a negative ans then just wait and finish your studies and get settled if still your heart beats for her then make your proposal
