STOP eating all those nuts!!!! With all that amount of nuts you are consuming, you'll be putting 4lb a week rather than taking the pounds off. Change your lunch, have some salad and if it is the taste of nuts that you like so much, then use a dressing that has a nut flavour but it is low on fat

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results should you work hard. Get a omitting rope, skip for two moments, do push ups for 60 seconds or so, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push up to something else like sit ups in addition to do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a quick, effective workout that will progress results than a long function or swim.

You need to increase your metabolism, so that way you consume more calories whilst at rest.
* Dont skip breakfast, and have healthy snacks to eat if you feel hungry so you wont be tempted by junk food.
* Try having a glass of water with a squeeze of lemon juice in it.
* Drink plenty of water
* Make sure you get the proper amount of sleep, depriving yourself of sleep has been proven to make you put on weight (and it makes you crave carbs)
Hope that helps.

I have read of experiments with monkeys that you cant lose and keep weight off by diet alone, you have to exericise (assuming no hormone problems)
Find a fun social sport/activity to do, or a hot boyfriend maybe.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs!

Music making you eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology and also Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage you to take time over your supper, so you consume more food. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re setting up your mouth.

Set performance-based goals. Always set yourself incrementally larger goals each week to be sure you’re engaged and have something to strive for. Each little achievement is also a reward that you’re going in the proper direction. From doing 10 more squats to mastering a fresh yoga pose, whatever floats your own boat.
