Ones that were prescribed by a doctor. They only work for a while and some can cause damage to your body. Alot of people put on more weight than what they originally weighed after they quit taking the pills. Often you are worse off than before you started when you started taking the pills. Pills are not an answer. Get off the couch and watch your diet. Ask your doctor what you need to do. I have an exercise machine next to my computer that I use throughout the day and go to the spa three times a week and I am not buffed out. It just helps me minimally but it is enough to keep my heart healthy, maintain glucose levels and keep my blood pressure normal. I have lost weight but it is a slow process. The slower it comes off the slower it will return. The faster you lose weight the faster you will gain it back and probably will even gain more than your original weight. There is no substitute for exercise, proper diet, good sleep, lowering stress, etc. Stay away from all drugs and alcohol. They are a waste of time in excess. A small nominal amount of alcohol can have some benefits but most do not know how to moderate their intake.

I went to a doctor and he prescribe phetermine, kind of like adepex and it has really worked for me.I have lost 15lbs in a month and half and my aunt lost like 18lbs. They weren't that expensive either. You can get them on the net but they are really expensive and aren't always what they say they are. If you are wanting to take diet pills then i would recommend you go to your doctor and try these.

All diet pills do is speed up your heart. They are high in caffeine usually. They are not all that safe and are not good for people with anxiety. It is much better to diet and exercise to loose weight. Burn more calories then you take in.

phentermine and apidex seem very widely respected in the prescription market. I haven't taken any prescription ones but in over the counter ones the T-Lite at wal-mart worked really well for me

no diet pill is good, you loose the weight, but at when you stop taking them, you gain your weight and some more. the best thing to do is change your eating habits. a lot of veggies and fruits, plenty of water, and low cabs. also the best thing to do is exercise.....that will make u loose weight quicker.
