Just eat healthy. Cut out all the junk food - Chips, Crisps, anything fried (although when i am dieting i have one unhealthy meal a week usually on a Friday night - doesnt feel like your always eating salad then!). And do plently of exercise. If your not a sporty person (like me) and hate running etc then try swimming. Swimming uses every muscle on your body and is a great work out but you dont get all hot and sweaty and uncomfortable!
Good luck with your diet but remember dont stop eating - your only 14 and still growing so just eat healthy!

Don't worry about losing weight. You're in puberty and your body is still growing. If you want to be toned, exercise. Get outside and play sports, swim, run or whatever you like to do. Get off your butt from in front of the tv/computer/video games and get some physical activity. That will help tone your muscles.

Eat normaly (breakfast, diner and souper). All you need is cut down on chips, chocolats, pop, all the junk food. Exercise a couple times a week. Try playing volleyball, soccer or what ever sport you like.

I think you're young to start thinking of diets; just cut back on your portions and avoid caffeinated drinks and junk food. Your school must have sports programs that you'd like to join. Try that and in the long run you won't have to diet. Lots of luck to you!
