Drink plenty of fluids, especially orange juice (potassium) and sports drinks (like Gatorade or Powerade) for the electrolytes. A pair of aspirin may also help, every four hours . . .

Vitamin B-12 (B vitamins are depleted during intense drinking), and Gatorade.
Also, try brewing your own beer from now on. Homebrewed beer contains suspended yeast (normally killed when commercial beer is pasteurized) which contains tons of B-12. Consuming homebrewed beer not only tastes better, if you do it right, but results in hangovers that are less severe.
The last time I had a hangover that lasted for several days, it was because I drank tons of liquor, and ingested some other "stuff" that kept me up for awhile. The hangover simply wouldn't go away, until I took a couple of sleeping pills before bed one night. I slept until around noon the next day, and felt great when I woke up.
OR - It could be that you are just getting old. When I was in my 20's, hangovers lasted about a day. By the time I reached my early 30's, they lasted about a day and a half, were more severe, and it took less alcohol to trigger it. I could have 3 beers and end up with a hangover. That's when I decided to quit drinking altogether.

Go to a health food store with a juice bar. Get some fresh vegetable juice and drink as much as you can. It won't feel good. Your stomach will probably reject it in the form of diarrhea. But that is because it is so healthy it is shoccking and detoxifying your system. Keep drinking lots of water and gatorade and take about 5,000 mg vitamin C, which also helps detoxify. Naps are also good. Your body over did it and it needs to replete.

Make a gallon of weak Gatorade and drink it down through the day. Add another gallon of water and 12 hours of sleep.

The best way to get rid of a hangover is don't stop drinking! It's still working for me! But for real best way I find lots of food ,water, and bed rest, and if that's not working try chocolate milk , and a can of smoked oysters

two days and all you did was drink?...nothing else recreational involved here?....strange....usually only takes me a day....you may be coming down with something that is fooling you into thinking you are hungover...eat small amounts of anything that will absorb like toast or anything breadlike as frequently as you can tolerate it...drink something like water, gatorade or warm coke....and sleep in between...even if you are throwing up, SOMETHING is still staying in your system.....drinking that much alcohol will break you down and make you weak so as i said you may be getting sick on top of this hangover - it is that time of the year...good luck

you must have drank a lot, drink lots of water, eat something gooy, soupy and greasy, also try a bit of the hair of the dog, meaning try drinking another cold beer, you probably got some alcohol poisoning.
one time in 1979 i thought i was hung over for three days, i was sooooo sick. turns out i was 3 months pregnant.
