Chances are if you are getting older, your hair will fall out no matter what. If you are really stressed a lot, you will lose hair too. But if you are neither of these things, it could be your shampoo, and you are right in looking for a new one. If you still want a good dandruff shampoo, I would recommend Selsun Blue, but if you are just looking for one that will make your hair stronger, try Garnier Fructis or Pantene Pro-V.

If you have dandruff, use an oil pack on your hair and scalp, VO5, works well. I found a great shampoo that works for me , Pantene
it is a excellent and therapeutic shampoo, you must get the conditioner too, Shampoo alone will not solve your problem. You can buy Pantene at Walmart or even your Super Market. It is more expensive at the Super Market. Good Luck.

falling hair is normal... what ppl dont know it that men & women alike loose over 1000 strands of hair per day! you will notice it more as a girl because your hair is longer but not to worry too much... your hair loss might not be shampoo, but due to the chemicals you are putting in your hair like; hair spray, mouse, gel, curling iron, blow dry, can all damage hair and make fall out! cut back on those things and see the differance!!

I personally dont like head and shoulder, I have experienced it and somehow I think it irritated my scalp! You might want to check out this Lush New Shampoo bar coz it is natural, can reduce temporary hair loss and stimulates hair growth, detailed information at:

I've heard of a shampoo called T GEL which is supposed to be pretty good. One of my neighbours was suffering from hair loss, and she was prescribed this shampoo, though you can buy it over the counter. It seems to be working on her
