She is sheeding, and has dandruff, no appatite, throwing up,and is losing waight .

You need a vet, take her in immediately. There are too many symptoms to be cut and dry, we are not there to see your dog, a vet needs to examine her.................I hope she is alright.

I'm not sure. Maybe skin irritations. My dog itches and sheds but not the appetite thing. See a vet and they may give you a medication or shampoo that will help. ; )

This could be a number of things from allergies to disease. You need to take her to the vet for proper diagnosis.

Are you feeding her Pedigree? don't feed her that stuff!! Feed her Natural dog food. ask your vet.
