No.. it is not normal.. You, however, did not say how old he was and that may make a difference.. If too young(whatever that age is), he might not have learned to control his urination when he passes air.. but if he is 5 or so... i would be a little concerned and probably should consult your medical doctor on that one... good heavens.. he is probably too young to have PROSTATE problems... yikes!!

no, he could have a bladder infection or urinary tract infection or just a weak bladder , take him to the doctor
