me to find some spice in life. His family does not seem to travel always locked in his house and watches me. Stupid old man! I've talked to the police but there's nothing they could do.

He's in late forties or fiftys considered old for his filthy lust considering married; I do not seduce him infact detest him but he will always stand bare-chested right outside my corridor whenever I leave for work.
He parks his stupid old van at a strategic location and will look up to steal glances at my kitchen window to see whether I'm at home when I closed the front windows. I'll leave the kitchen window open from suffocation when I closed the front windows. I stay in an apartment on a high floor. That stinking cheap married man will collaborate with another married man on another floor and discussed about me and both will look up from the carpark beneath to stare at my kitchen window to see whether I'm at home or not.
I'm single staying alone and don't bring any boyfriends home; is that what they are looking for?

We had a dispute long time ago over trash placed beneath my bedroom corridor and he challenged me to make a report to the authority, telling me, "I'm not scared!"

What....are all the windows in your house curtainless or without blinds? is this guy staring at you 24/7? Does he just sit there and wait until you go outside? How do you know he's watching you unless you're watching him? Do you live alone and so always in your yard ALONE for long periods of time? I can understand being uncomfortable with a stranger watching you but in this case I think you like him watching you. A tease always want's to be the victim.

One day you will be old, just hope that your life will turn out more interesting. Many old people like to sit and watch the world around them. Don't be so mean, maybe the family is poor and that is why they can't afford to travel.

Seems u r also doing equal "looking" thing. He must have noticed that & interpreted it other ways. If u detest him so much, STOP paying attention.

Have a freind go have a "talk" with him.
I have found that a "talk" seems to motivate people to do things they never thought were possible.

Try doing something to shock him( like watching him for a while.) Maybe he'll wake up and go watch t.v.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do except close your blinds or move. Life is not fair.

Quit walking around in your underwear.
Maybe say hello to him, quit being so suspicious.

The next time you see him looking at you, make eye contact, then take someone with you, knock on his door and ask him what he's looking at.
