I'm sure the majority would think he was a crazy man. He would most definitely get several thumbs down.

This question is misleading because if Jesus preached the unreality of sin and hell, He would be violating His own Gospel. He preached unconditional love, but more than that He preached repentance and the forgiveness of sins as the way to be made righteous and to enter heaven. God's love will not save us--He loves us, but unless we accept His terms of righteousness by grace alone through faith in Jesus, nothing else we futilely believe will matter.

For ONE thing Jesus did preach unconditional love. The greatest commandment of all is to love your Lord God and your neighbor as yourself.
Second,
For behold, there will arrive false Christs and if someone says to you to go here or there to see the Christ, do not believe them. Jesus preached about hell, and if someone were to arise who taught a different doctrine than the Lord Christ we are to not believe them. For to test the Spirit measures with the Word of God.
It will be as you say, friend, that there will come a day when such thing is preached but we as Christians are warned to beware. The Antichrist will come saying such things. Blaspheming the name of God.

This can't happen, as God is the same yesterday, today and forever... He doesn't change. But there are some churches out there that teach that Heaven and Hell aren't real. This watered-down doctrine does get a large following.

Whenever humans are left with the task of interpreting the divine the message will always be different than what was originally intended. We're not perfect.

He'd probably get lynched.
Remember, people will kill you faster for killing an old wives' tale than for killing and old wife. If he taught a different message than the church, they'd rise up in unholy war against him.

Some would accept him and some would not. If he came and said he is G-d, I know I would not.
But, Jesus is dead, and the dead are gone, so, that is that.
