I'm no expert, but I think that somebody's height is also influenced by the stress that the person recieves during a day( school, work ,....). I think that the food a person eats also plays a vital role. In the end, some people grow faster than others, and you've still got about 6-11 years to grow. Don't worry

There is a chance that you will grow a little more, but not a significant amount. Just so you know, theres absolutely nothing wrong with being short, and pills are ususally a last resort and used for children much younger that you who are not producing enough of a growth hormone. There's probably nothing wrong with your hormones, though and I can't think of any doctors who would do surgery on a perfectly healthy girl just because of height. So I'm sorry, your height is ususally a part of your genetic makeup, theres nothing you can really do about it. But just so you know, i have a friend about your height and shes about 17 and doesn't have any problems and she one of the most popular people at her school. Its something you will have to live with, but don't let it determine who you are.

i'd wager you're approximately eleven. you will in all probability get taller, yet no longer an magnificent quantity. Even averaging out your mothers and fathers heights you're finding at approximately 5 foot-4inches. With me, i'm in basic terms approximately 6 foot and my spouse is 5ft-10. yet one grown daughter is in basic terms 5 ft-6, and the different 5 ft-10, so this wager isn't written in concrete. activities and workout and tricks won't make you strengthen taller. sidestep falling for grants which furnish taller advance on your cash. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, activities and workout will make you look properly-proportioned. many times, short human beings land up with the physique of a plenty taller individual, and look very fat. stable success.

Some scientists belive that our hight is geneticlly determined. This means that if you have short parents you will be short aswell, but in fact it is not necessary true. Your environment and eating habbits plays a grate deal in how your body will develope.

You are still young, so you have a lot of time to grow, when I was your age I was also short but now I'm 1.80m. The reason (I personnally belive - not scientifically proven) is that I eat healithy.

Drink milk and eat protein rich food like meat or beans.

We have no control over how tall we will grow. There is no pill to make you taller and the surgery is very extreme.

I say just accept who you are. I am tall, very tall, and I wish I were short like you!! I am married now, and thankfully he is taller than me, but throughout life it was really hard being so tall. Stay in shape, take care of your body, never do optional surgeries, and you will be perfect!
