The large schools for example Delta Connections Academy, Pan Am Flight School, Westwind, Flight Saftey Academy which are the the best and worst? Which is the most expensive and least expensive? Although they are all expensive. Where have the best experiences been and the worst?

You have to graduate kindergarten before you start thinking about College. Find a local Flight Training School, & get your PPL or Airman's Certificate 1st , when you are ready for one of the above named Schools, you will know which one is right for you.

I would say that it really depends on what area of aviation you are thinking of pursuing. If you are looking to get into the airlines something like Delta Connection or Pan Am Flight School would be the best fit as those schools are affiliated with a regional carrier and are structured to be your path into the airlines.
As for Flight Safety that is more for specific type aircraft and is usually attended by pilots that are getting type ratings in those specific aircraft. It is definitely more for the corporate side of flying, i.e. the private jet market.
