What diet should be taken and what herbs or edibles are best suited for a patient of Jaundice.

only cure for jaundice is "absolute rest"
and a "bland diet"
> no alcohol <
remember u'r liver is weak & put no further strain on it

herbs & roots carry no therapeutic value, may just give u some energy without straining u'r system > if indeed

no milk, curds ok
no coconut, no coconut water, no coconut nothing

up until 5 yrs back, when i was was affected !

Well to cure jaundice you have to cure the cause. There are 2 most likely causes, one is gallstones. The cure for that is wait until you passed the gallstone and then wait for the next because they don't usually live alone.

The other likely cause is Hepatitis, for that you could cure it by waiting for it to pass the milder forns to Hep D by which time death tends to cure it naturally.

Be careful. You may have a blocked common bile duct. It happened to me. See a doctor.
