Maybe is has something to do with the raw egg in the dressing.

If this happens every time you eat Cesar salad...I would say you are allergic to one of the ingredients. In real Cesar dressing (not store bought) there are anchovies in the dressing. You could be having a reaction to that. As far the raw egg portion...unless you know you are allergic to eggs then I don't see that as an issue. There is something in the ingredients of the dressing that is causing the "reaction". Start paying attention and asking the ingredients of the dressing and or salad. If you buy Caesar dressing from the store...read the ingredient label.
As Ive gotten older there are a few things I just cant eat anymore with out paying the price. If you love Caesar salad...I'm sorry..but you just not be able to eat it anymore...Good luck!

Stomach Pain After Eating Salad

I think it might be due to the vegetables not being washed properly or being too old. Vegetables are kept in huge warehouse like coldrooms before they get to the supermarket, so that could explain the oldness. As for not being washed properly, I think this is a pretty big issue. Firstly, if it has been stored for a long time it has probably collected heaps of bacteria, and secondly vegetables should be washed thoroughly so most of the bacteria come off and should be washed with clean hands too. Is it like one in every five people don't wash their hands after relieving themselves? (i don't know the actual statistics). The germs from not washing hands can cause stomach upsets and probably diarrhoea. Hope this helps~

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

THAT IS A GREAT QUESTION!!! Forever I was mortified by the same problem. I went to my Dr(PCP) and he told me that I was allergic to the Anchovies they make the dressing with(and immediately I thought "ewwww Anchovies")
Anyway, he said ALOT of people are sickened by the anchovies and also the egg the dressing is made with, but most of the time it's a combination of the egg and 'chovies. The stomach and intestines have a bad reaction thus the stomach ache and diarrhea. Feel better.............Joyce :)

Real Cesar salad dressing uses raw eggs. Maybe the eggs were bad.

I eat it all the time and love it. The dressing must have been bad, or maybe it just doesn't agree with you.
