It seems like no matter what I do my stomach keeps getting bigger!! What can I doin conjunction with exercise and eating right? Is there anything natural and inexpensive that I can take to help lose stomach fat? I can't take diet pills . I have bad reactions to them , any advice will be helpful, thanks in advance.

i take 5htp and it is helping me lose weight gradually, with eating right and exercising, also i take flaxseed oil, which boosts your metabolism...

check these two vitamins out 5htp and flaxseed oil....

it might help you, and they are natural

You may be breathing wrong while doing ab exercises and therefore building out. Concentrate on your breathing with each movement (exhale as you lift your head and shoulders when doing a crunch and inhale on your way down). Cardio will also help burn fat - try to do at least 30 minutes a day.

If you are a curvy woman then you will probably always have a slightly round stomach. Appreciate it or have liposuction done.

you have to eat low fat, low carb meals, drink plenty of water and eat plenty veggies and greens
workout , start at least with 10 min daily
