It came over with English people from England. I assume you say "second language" on the theory that all of the many Native American languages spoken by the inhabitants already here were collectively the first language. There were also people already here who spoke Spanish, French, Portuguese, and various Scandinavian languages, among others.

because it is mainly used in business like mandarin. its a form of transaction, a way of life to business world.
