You're not nervous, you have low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Try eating fruit between meals or having an energy bar. Candy won't do it because it spikes your blood sugar and then dives leaving you worse than you were when you started (sorry Snickers). If it's severe you should see an endocrinologist.

Canela's answer is correct. Fruit is a good choice, but any type of complex carbs are good and will sustain your blood sugar at a safe level. try a glass of milk.
