I know where you got that from; that there are more births in September (ie 9 months after christmas) than any other month, and by quite a large margin too. I believe the reason for that in a lot of drunken sex in the time leading up to christmas rather than anything to do with the day itself.

Undoubtedly to be christmas eve though, parents gotta play Santa Claus and sneak presents under the christmas tree

Don't know the answer and I'm sure no one does but it is probably due to being too much in the Christmas spirit and losing inhibitions.

No, not everyone. A lot of people do, and this is supported by the fact that many people are born in late September and early October.
