He gets 3 charges speeding, unlawful possesion of pot, and possesion of a controlled substance to the 7th degree. this is in the State of New York. does the charges sound correct for the amount of E pills he had?

If they didn't take your friend to jail that night, it might not be that serious. They should check with a lawyer!

never experienced that but i here you can get some serious time foe as you call them -(E ) pills as stated by timothy d if they didn't take him to jail and confiscate the vehicle he may have a chance had it been here in M.D. he would have a big $ bond to get out and they would have thrown the book up side his head when he went to court not so much for the herb but the E-pills would get him good new york may be different as there are so many drugs and drug users there either way i believe he should seek council on this matter and get into rehap

considering that its your first offense your probabilities of going to juvenile corporation its uncommon. you may want to easily get a slap in da hand (actually speaking). keep in mind, in basic terms because you've been charged it does not recommend that it might stick. sure you probably did have 3 pills of X yet there's no evidence of purpose to promote. That cost will be thrown out the window by technique of the D.A. quite of recommend, collect as a lot guidance about your personality...make certain they write letters about you, and performance a good alibi. good luck!!! *do not take my recommend as criminal recommend...its in basic terms my opinion. please communicate with a criminal criminal specialist approved by technique of the Board of California* i'm a at present attending regulation college....
