How about the dome of the rock-you may land up in hospital though. Ok seriously....um, as far as fun im not really sure, but site seeing, you pretty much just have to go to Jerusalem and you have it! The whole city is one being tourist destination! Have fun;)

most of the sites in Jerusalem are free - go to the old city, there you can go to the Jewish / Christian / Armenian quarter, holy sepulchre, western wall, it's endless! next to Jaffa (Yaffo) gate of the old city is the Tower of David - cost like 6 $ but there's shows & a museum & it's beautiful - and also why I'm mentioning it - there is a tourist information station there, with maps & everything you need!

Go explore the old city, and miskanot sha'ananim.
Emek refaim and the German colony.
The new yad-vashem and har herzel.
Ein karem is amazing (go see the different churches)
and also haneviim street and the surronding!

go to kibbutz Ramat Rachel and Kiryat Anavim
go to lower Motsa they have a nice wine yard

The old city and the historic places are quite easy to get there by public transportation..You cannot easily enter Israel unless a travel agent has already arranged the tour for you.
