As with any blush, I would pull it our of the fridge about 30 mintes before serving. Let it slightly warm up to room temperature, but keep it somewhat cold to enjoy the full body it offers

Shiraz is best served at just-above cellar temperature, at 62 to 67 degrees. If you don't have a cellar, put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.

Most pinks or roses are best lightly chilled. About 30-45 minutes in refrig prior to serving should do it.

Rose/pink/blush wines you're going to want to serve in the mid-50's (12-13C).
Put it in the fridge for half an hour before opening.

Any blush wine is treated like a white wine, and chilled. I just looked on wine.com and it says for red/blush it is 55 degrees Farenheit. This is acheived by leaving the wine in your ice bucket for about 10 minutes.
