In the age of femi-nazism disguised as women's equality women tend to write their own laws but this one seems to go over the top. I know a man in jail for felony non-support in missouri as a result of impregnating a woman when SHE raped HIM. At what point are the women gonna stop pouting about the injustices of centuries past and start seeking equality instead of superiority? Is this not an indication of Femi-nazism going over the top?

This man was passed out and yes for those of you that are scientifically challenged, yes a man can be raped without being "willing" or excited, or even awake.

If a woman steals a mans genetic material ( rape or deliberate choice) and puts it to a use the man does not approve of, she should not get child support. Theft is theft.

I'm not even going to dignify the Fem-Nazi statements, but I have to say that if he pressed charges against this woman then there shouldn't be too much of a legal battle for non-support.
I realize that a lot of people believe that it's not possible for a man to be raped, but that would be incorrect. If that is indeed what happened, then he should have pressed charges. If he didn't then he doesn't have a lot of legal recourse. As it is, there may not be a lot he can do about it anyway. There is very little connection between criminal courts and family courts. This is where the problem lies.
For the record, it works the same way for women who are raped. If a woman is raped, ends up pregnant and decides to keep the child, the rapist still has parental rights over the child. Is that right either? No, I don't believe it is.

Yes I think you should pay child support. There IS people who use the child support system for a cash cow. Others who actually make an occupation of getting pregnant for the money. But in the end we males are responsible.
There is a problem with proving a female to male rape case. When a male is scared and not wanting to breed his hardware will simply not rise to the occasion. I know that there are women out there who get pregnant on purpose but that is by running a con game on the guy. That's not rape, that's a misdemeanor. But you are hooked for 18 years at least. Hang in there.

would say a lot would depend upon the laws rules and mores of the State in which one resides as each state may have different attitudes towards this matter. needs to talk with a lawyer about this matter

I agree. If he was raped that I believe he should not have to pay. He did not consent to the sex and there for should not be responsible for that produced of rape.

how does a woman rape a man. Is he really that puny he can't defend himself. I think I saw in a movie 1 time when this happened and he seemed to enjoy every minute of it. are you suggesting that he was drugged or what. because if not, that's a dead issue.

i, a woman, totally agree that a lot of men are getting a bum rap as far as child support enforcement is concerned....i think child support needs a big overhaul....
