I always say it. If it's someone I know and they sneeze multiple times I may say Bless You multiple times as well, but I'll mostly just say it once no matter how many times someone sneezes.

Yes. I do. And if they sneeze multiple times, I say it again and if they continue, I wait until they are done ( cuz they eventually stop) and then ask if they are all right. Originally, that was said because supposedly everytime a person sneezes, their heart skips a beat...

I never say it and it annoys me to no end that people will interrupt a church service or say bless you loudly in a call center environment when it is just not appropriate to talk loudly.

If I sneeze, hand me a tissue if I need it, but don't bless me!

I always say it. but when that person keeps on sneezing for few times, i'd normally just go "wow.. u are trully blessed!!". cuz i think if i kept on sayin 'bless u', he/she will get annoyed by the end of their sneeze :)

I'd say it once or twice. If they keep sneezing, I just lower my head, and give them a crooked smile, as if to say, ''poor baby''.
