I am 5'9" and 120 lbs, and gaining weight is a constant struggle (I am a 38 yr old mother of One.) There is no easy way, but some tips I use are:
Use cream instead of milk - on cereal, in tea or coffee, even to drink if you can stomach it.
Eat a lot of bread, pasta and cake - things people on weight loss diets avoid. Add butter, cream, a rich sauce or some high-fat cheese like Brie or cream cheese.
Eat a big meal right before bedtime.
Have one more helping of everything that you really want to.
Do NOT try to gain by increasing your sugar, like pop or candy - it actually reduces your appetite for "real" food. Better to have chocolate milk if you want something sweet, and cheesecake or a brownie rather than candy which is just pure sugar.
Eat FAST - get a lot in before your body has a chance to realize it's full.
And don't let the people who say "I wish that was MY problem!" get you down - being underweight is just as bad as being overweight, but you never see articles titled, "gain 10 pounds in two weeks on our new wonder diet!" Society is so concerned with weight LOSS that they forget those of us who need to GAIN.

Eat everything I eat over the next 3 weeks and you will gain weight.
Breakfast day 1
My wife made a cake, I will have a slice with a pint of cold milk
Mid morning snack
hashbrowns from McDonalds
Lunch
are you serious about this diet? You will need your game face for this: McDonalds salad, ranch dressing with a large fries (american large) and finish with a milk shake
Afternoon Snack
Pay homage to mum with some milk and cookies
Happy Hour!!
wings and beer
Dinner
eat late, very late, eat healthy for this final meal but eat heaping portions
if you ate late enough you will want to eat more for breakfast

MIlk and lots of it is what the bodybuilders swear by for wieght gain.
Unfortuately for you, you won't find much on the market that
will assist you, as most things are geared toward weight loss
instead of gain.You can try things like insure or boost, but milk will get you pretty damn big in a hurry.

eat something healthy that has crabs before u go to sleep but if u eat to much wait like 1 to 2hour before u go to sleep, drink whole milk and eat crabs and a little junk won't hurt just a little but still stay healthy
