The best idea is to correct your posture. Each day (say first thimg in the morning and afternoon) stand with your back against a wall, make sure you can feel the back of your head against the wall, followed by shoulder blades, buttocks then calves (just touching the wall) then take a step away holding this position, that is actually your correct posture! even though it may feel odd keep up with it and you will maintain it. And a great pair of heels always help, hold your held up and smile like a star!

You can't increase your height - don't waste time or money trying. There is nothing wrong with being on the short side.

I married a man who was 5'3" - and I am 5'9" and quite pretty if I do say so myself. He never understood why I didn't have a problem with the height difference, but the truth is I didn't see him as short! I don't know if you're M or F but either way, it's your character that makes you tall, not your measurements. Don't worry about something you have no control over - it's a waste of energy.

Cheers!

Aside from wearing heels...don't think you can do anything to change your height permanently. Although you can do things to prevent loss of height in the future. Such as exercise and getting enough calcium to build strong bones. And stand tall...good posture is important!
