Maybe you have alot of responsibility in your job? And when you with your guy you like to be "looked after" and not have to make decisions.
Perhaps you like that time with him while you are spoilt and cared for.
I know I have struggled with my role in a relationship, I try not to be too assertive (dont want to threaten that male ego!) Then of corse he would respond by molicoliding me, and never respected my opinions when I did try offer them. With new guy now who spoils me like a girl and still listens when I talk :-) Was lucky to get balance but easier to start from the beginning.
You said you like men who treat you like baby, but you didnt say if you liked being treated as a baby?

because it makes you feel nurtured and cared for, maybe there was some disturbance in your own nurturing during childhood and now a part of your adult side feels the need to reinact the baby issues...
you dont say how far the men in your life treat you like a baby, there are adult baby fetish things (which i know nothing about!)....but they are out there....!
dont worry about it babes, we all have weird things from childhood!

Has your father been in your life?? if not then I think you may be seeking a father figure and thus enjoy it when a man treats you like an infant as it gives you the security that you lacked as a child!!!!

Why do women like men that treat them bad?, my guess- you are missing a parent in your life and its filling a void or your just wierd like alot of other women.

By treating you like a baby you are reminded that they are in control. It would help elevate their power rating in your mind.
Further it does not afford your mind oppurtunity to critique them as they are doing that to you. So you don't find fault in them.
